ONE BIKE – TWO STYLES
The 2 FORM BIKE is a bicycle that allows you to ride in two positions—horizontal and upright. Its specially designed frame lets you change the riding geometry in just 70 seconds, eliminating the need to choose between different types of bikes.
In the horizontal position, the 2 FORM BIKE provides a more aerodynamic body position, greater comfort, and a smoother riding experience, especially on longer routes. In the upright position, it offers better visibility, greater control, and more natural handling in city traffic and on uneven terrain. This allows the user to adapt the bike to the route conditions, their own preferences, and their current riding style.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order or agreed individually with the Seller. Shipping is carried out via courier, transport, or forwarding companies selected by ENSAVID Bikes.
Delivery Area
We deliver within Poland, to selected European Union countries, and—after individual arrangement—to selected countries outside the European Union. The cost and estimated delivery date are presented before placing the order or determined individually, particularly in the case of international deliveries or deliveries outside the European Union.
Delivery Time
The delivery time includes the time required to prepare the product for shipment and the time required to transport it to the Customer. Delivery times are calculated in business days, unless otherwise specified for the order. Due to the nature of ENSAVID Bikes products—particularly the ShapeMeBike bicycle, which is delivered in oversized packaging—delivery times may be longer than standard courier shipments. In such cases, the Customer will be informed of the estimated delivery date. During periods of increased logistics traffic, such as before holidays, delivery times may be extended for reasons beyond the Seller’s control.
Receiving the Parcel
Upon receipt of the parcel, the Customer should inspect its external condition. In the event of visible packaging damage or suspected product damage, we recommend immediately completing a damage report with the carrier and contacting ENSAVID Bikes. Failure to complete a damage report may complicate the pursuit of claims related to product damage during transport.
Delivery Outside the European Union
Delivery outside the European Union is only possible to selected countries indicated in the store or individually agreed upon with the Seller. For deliveries outside the EU, the shipping costs, estimated delivery time, and any import conditions are determined individually.
The Customer is responsible for meeting the import requirements applicable in the delivery country and for covering any customs fees, import taxes, local fees, customs processing costs, or other charges imposed by the relevant authorities or third parties. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery outside the European Union is carried out under the DAP (Delivered At Place) formula. This means that the Seller arranges the transport of the product to the designated delivery location, while the Customer bears the responsibilities and costs associated with importing the product into the delivery country.
